Kelsea Varnado, LPC

Born and raised in Winnfield, LA Kelsea has been working for the 16th Judicial District Attorneys office for the past three years as a JASC Case Manager, FINS Case Manager and a Juvenile Court Liaison. Prior to working with juveniles at the 16th JDC, Kelsea was a teacher for many years. This is where she fell in love with working with children. She has seen the need for children's mental health and this became her passion. Kelsea graduated from Louisiana State University with a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 1999 and received her LPC in 2021. Kelsea is a member of both the Louisiana Counseling Association and the American Counseling Association. She enjoys working with children, adults and families.
